I had two clients this week both tell me that they felt like they weren't "being spiritual enough"
As we dove deeper into what they *truly* meant, we discovered that in both cases, these people felt as though they had to keep up with "everyone else" and do things in a specific way.
➡️ They felt like they were meditating incorrectly (this is my FAVE "complaint" 😉)
➡️ They thought that crystals on their desks would solve all their issues.
➡️ They had decks of Angel cards but didn't feel any inclination to utilize them.
THIS is what fires me up and makes me angry - spirituality has been deemed as "woo-woo" and crazy, and when people want to finally approach it with open arms, they're left feeling defeated and restless because they don't want to "do it wrong".
All throughout our lives, we are taught between what is "right" and what is "wrong". That there's a black and white in everything, and if there's a gray area you're in trouble and had better make up your mind. If there's gray, you're weird.
🙌The truth of it is this: as we venture deep into who we are, things get messy. They get gray. There are questions that we have for ourselves that we need to dive into, and we aren't taught how. We aren't taught that we *can* leave the world of logic for a moment and adopt the idea that there are multiple ways of doing and and answering things. And the best part: no 2 journeys look exactly the same.
And once you arrive at that idea and ACCEPT it, things start to shift.🔥
💫The magic starts to unfold, because you're open to whatever it is that's meant to happen, and have a deeper understanding of self and how to move through things with flow.
GETTING THERE and breaking down the walls - that's the sticky part. Opening your mind to other worldly ideas - that's easy - you used to do it all the time as a child.😉
❤️How can you take that extra step to deepen your connection to self today?
❤️What can you do to accept that your journey will not look like another's?
